Wine Domaine Herve Azo, Chablis 1-er Cru "Selection" AOC, 2011
Reviews of purchase Domaine Herve Azo, Chablis 1-er Cru "Selection" AOC, 2011
Wine golden straw color with silvery reflections.
The wine has a complex, three-dimensional, well structured taste with refreshing minerality and floral-fruity notes in a long aftertaste.
Exquisite aroma of the wine is filled with tones of apples, citrus fruit and bread crust.
The wine is excellent with fine fish dishes, soup of mussels, seafood salad, and soft cheeses.

Domain Herve Azo - a small winery, founded in 1982 by former professional public relations, fell madly in love grapes and wines of Chablis. It all started with the vine and the acquisition of a small area. Today vineyards are not so great, but most of the vineyards are located in the elite areas of Premier Cru. Domaine Herve Azo is part of the prestigious wine-tasting home Brocard. Wines Herve Azo less popular among connoisseurs of Chablis compared to other manufacturers, but, nevertheless, able to surprise everyone!
