Manor Sharlopov-Parisot (Charlopin-Parizot) located in Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy wine is wonderful. The estate was founded in 1977, later Philip Sharlopov took over the reins of the family business, with only 1.5 hectares of vineyards, inherited from his father. Philip managed to increase its ownership to 25 hectares in the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Chablis. Philip Sharlopov called the predecessor of modern winemaking. Since 1984, Philip began to bottle the wine themselves. His winery is equipped with the best equipment, harvested grapes is carefully sorted, used only ripe and healthy berries. Cold maceration lasts about 7 days, followed by a two-week fermentation. Wines bottled early enough, which explains their luxurious fruitiness. Philip Sharlopov wine - rich, velvety, smooth tannins, in his words, to achieve a velvety soft obtained through the use of methods of vinification. Until 1997 Domain produced musk and muscular wine, quite atypical for Burgundy, but since the 1997 vintage, the wines have changed their style, becoming more elegant that helped Philip to enter the elite of the region. All wines are produced Domain in strictly limited quantities.
