Tasting Notes
Wine purple color with purple reflections.
The taste of wine is rounded and harmonious, with notes of black fruit and nuances lightly toasted cinnamon. Persistent finish.
The wine shows a nice, seductive aroma with notes of red and black fruits, complemented by nuances of spices and undergrowth.
Wine will be a harmonious couple of Mediterranean and French cuisine.

In 1874, a winemaker from God - Hippolyte Jourdan named his estate c 28th hectares of vineyards Clos Chante Cigale ("Vineyard singing cicadas"). In 1936, after the introduction of the AOC, Paul Jourdan - the great-grandfather of the current owner, renamed the farm in the Domaine Chante Cigale. Owning 102 acres of land in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, the domain produces classic wines of this appellasona. Not long ago, the owner gave to his son Alexander. Domain Shant Sigal is located in the rocky part of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Age of vines - more than 65 years. The oldest vines growing on the plateau Karber, near the Chateau Montredon.
