Diebolt Vallois Prestige - Champagne is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes that are grown in Cramant (classified 100% Grand Cru) from the south-eastern exposure. The soil consists of a thin layer of soil on top of the Cretaceous mass. Fermentation is carried out in vats with a thermostat. Extract of wine is carried out within 3 years in 40 liter drums that hold at a depth of 14 m in the cellars under the ground.
The history of the house champagne Diebolt Vallois began in the late 70s, when two family wineries Jacques Debolta and Nadia Vallois decided to join forces to create their own winery. An important step in the development of the company was the construction of cellars and expansion of land in one of the most prestigious areas of Côte de Blancs.
Vineyards companies qualify as Premier Cru and located in the eastern exposure commune Cui, which is famous for its unique terroir, chalky soils and favorable weather conditions, which allow to mature in cool Chardonnay Champagne.
