Wine Tavel "La Comballe" AOC is made from grapes of Grenache (70%) with the addition of Syrah (15%), Pikpul (10%) and Senso (5%), harvested from the vineyards of Tavel in the province, which is located in the southern part of the Valley Rhone. The soil is mostly rocky and sandy, it is famous for its excellent drainage properties. Grapes are picked only when it has reached optimum ripeness. Grapes collected 18 hours in a room kept at a low temperature, which enhances the color and flavor of a fruit wine future.
