Name "Dedicato a Walter" is translated as "Dedicated to Walter" Wine ... "Dedikato and Walter" is dedicated to his brother Franco and Marylise Allegrini, who was in charge in this family farm for vineyards. After his tragic death in 2003, brother and sister Allegrini in memory of Walter launched a new wine "Dedicato a Walter". This wine is made from grapes from the vineyard area of about 3 hectares called Via Bolgherese, which is located at an altitude of about 56 meters above sea level on the western and south-western exposure. The soils are composed of gravel, sand and clay red, vine planting density of about 9000 vines / ha with an average age of 16 years. Harvesting is done by hand in the first week of October. The grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes of 15 kg. Upon arrival at the production, berries fall on the sorting table. Fermentation tanks of stainless steel at a temperature of 28-30 ° C lasts 10 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 22 ° C. Wine is aged 18 months in new 225-liter French oak barrels Allier.
