Wine has a bright yellow-green.
The taste of wine is incredibly mineral, with hints of citrus fruits, green fig, pear and light floral notes. The finish is long.

"Bon Vallon" Chardonnay, 2013 - South African dry white wine from the company De Vetskhof, which is made from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the cool morning hours. Grapes separated from the ridges, the press and allowed to stand overnight. The resulting juice is removed from the sludge and pumped into steel tanks for fermentation. During exposure sediment stirred regularly, maximizing rich aroma of wine.
Vintage 2013 received a double gold medal in the "Veritas Wine Awards" and a bronze medal at the "Decanter World Wine Awards".
