Reviews of purchase Cono Sur, "Tocornal" Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Valley DO, 2012
Wine transparent ruby red color with a slight purple hue.
Well structured wine with intense flavor, representing a harmonious blend of juicy fruit colors, pleasant acidity and soft tannins.
Wine with characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon bouquet, against a background in which the aromas of blackberry and plum notes gradually appearing cedar, vanilla and other spices.
Wine wonderfully complements the taste of wild game, stews, roasts, and roasted or grilled red meats. Wine is paired with a mild flavored cheeses.
