Wine Cono Sur, "Reserva" Merlot, Colchagua Valley DO, 2011
Reviews of purchase Cono Sur, "Reserva" Merlot, Colchagua Valley DO, 2011
Wine rich ruby color with purple trim.
Rich, full, wonderfully structured and balanced taste wines with pronounced tannins filled with a wide variety of succulent fruit motifs, combined with accents of chocolate and tobacco. This wine presents a long, elegant and very pleasant aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is a magnificent kaleidoscope of notes of black and red fruits in the frame of the subtle shades of coffee, black pepper, cocoa and toasted oak.
Wine matches perfectly with the game, dishes of poultry (duck, turkey) and red meat stews. It is also served with cold dishes, different kinds of risotto and aged cheeses.
"Bicycle - a symbol of special way of life and enjoy life at your own pace. It is a symbol of atypical perception of the world and a symbol of our wines - expressive, attractive and meditative. As in life, and in the winemaking, we believe in the power bicycle, by virtue of the simple proven things that you will not forget ", - Cono Sur.
"Reserva" Merlot - this excellent red wine, which will be a great addition to many main dishes. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels partially, partly in stainless steel tanks, the wine "Reserve" Merlot has a fresh aroma, creamy taste and superb multi-faceted long aftertaste.
