Cono Sur Cabernet Sauvignon - is the perfect refreshing wine, referring to a series of "Varietal", which is characterized by bright fruit flavors. The vineyards are located in the Valley of Rapel, terroir is ideal for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon and ripening right on the vine. Crop is harvested by hand in late summer and fermented in stainless steel vats, allowing the taste and aroma of the wine is stored refreshing fruity notes. In order to taste the wine was more refined and sophisticated, a small portion of the blend is kept for 6 months in French oak.
Cono Sur winery was founded in 1993 and less than 10 years has become one of the most successful companies of Chile largest export.
