Chateau Talbot is located in Saint-Julien, in the heart of the Medoc vineyards. Chateau is named after the constable Talbot, an English soldier who distinguished himself at the Battle of Castillon in 1453. In 1917, the estate of Chateau Talbot was acquired by Georges Cordier, who have made a huge contribution to the wine industry. Land estates have favorable properties for growing high quality grapes. Chateau Talbot feature is that the whole process of wine production is controlled by the digital technology, also in the estate there are two cellars, one filled with wooden barrels, second barrels of stainless steel. Both cellars have a temperature control system. Winemakers Chateau Talbot, combining tradition, high technology and favorable soil conditions create delicious wines.
