Tasting Notes
The color of wine - dark ruby.
The wine has a generous, rich, full bodied with a soft texture and reveals a complex palette of shades of black fruit, cherry, spicy notes of licorice, the sound of which continues in a long aftertaste.
The aroma of wine there is a harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit notes and berry nuances and accents of herbs and spices.
Wine matches perfectly with roasted poultry, such as partridge. It is also recommended to submit it to the tartlets with pate or hard cheeses.
