Wine of pure and bright pink color with a raspberry hue.
The taste of wine is refreshing, reveals notes of ripe fruit, harmoniously combined with tones of strawberry and raspberry, highlighted by the nuances of flowers. The finish is long and persistent.
Aromatic bouquet of the wine is replete with attractive fruity notes, hints of currant and pomegranate, complemented by expressive floral nuances and bitter grapefruit tones.
The wine will make an excellent pair of seafood or grilled chicken, vegetable dishes, pasta, rice dishes, mushrooms, salads and fish with sauce.
For the manufacture of dry dry wine "Conde Valdemar" Rose, Rioja DOCa, the producer uses Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes grown in the company's own vineyards located in Oyon, Logrono and Ausejo. Harvesting begins in the second week of October. After transporting the grapes to the winery it is sorted, pressed and subjected to traditional vinification with strict temperature control. "Conde Valdemar" Rose - a refreshing wine with an attractive aroma that will suit a lot of simple dishes.
Farm "Valdemar" has always been known for its innovative method to create a new and interesting wines. Thus, the winery boasts the use of temperature control in tanks, fermenting white wine in barrels and production of rosé wine by the "bloodletting".
Today Bodega Valdemar is a kind of benchmark wines of Rioja, and its products are highly regarded not only in Spain but also abroad.
