Tasting Notes
Wine of deep ruby color.
Wine with rich, saturated, bright flavor with notes of black currant and plum jam on a background of chocolate and oak notes. The wine is good enough acidity to remain a "crisp" in the mouth. Tannins are still tough, but well integrated. A perfect example of the "international style".
The wine has a youthful flavor, which slowly appear deep notes of cherry and black currant.
The wine is perfect with grilled red meat and meat cooked on the grill, as well as game and cheeses.
