Reviews of purchase Clos Quebrada De Macul, "Penalolen" Sauvignon Blanc, 2011
Sparkling, clear wine pale golden color.
The wine has a taste with colorful, distinct notes of citrus and herbs, which are gradually replaced by a sweet fruity notes. This is a very dry wine, the taste of which is on the verge of tart and clearly demonstrates the nature of the low-fat. "Crispy", fresh wine with good acidity and mineral structure has excellent volume on the palate. Clean, bright dazzling finish.
The wine has an intense aroma with notes of white grapefruit, mint, lemon and thyme.
Wine is perfect for salad of goat cheese with citrus, fresh shellfish, as well as a light fish dishes.
Wine "Penalolen" Sauvignon Blanc is produced in the prestigious region of Chile - Casablanca Valley, where the climate is cool enough. Wine perfectly demonstrates how impressive can be Sauvignon Blanc when it is grown in the right place and under the supervision of a talented winemaker.
