To create a dry red wine "Bush Vines" Pinotage-Shiraz both varieties (Pinotage and Shiraz) undergo malolactic fermentation, then for 5 months mash aged in stainless steel tanks. After fining and light filtration the wine is bottled.
Cloof - South African wine company representing Darling region. Its name comes from the English word "cloof", meaning "cleft", "valley between the hills." However, in the interpretation of the company's name is written in an old-fashioned Dutch style with "C" letter, and the winery logo symbolizes the contours plowed slopes.
