Wine rich ruby color.
On the palate the wine there is a great balance between tannins provide structure, acidity, depth and versatility of flavors. Very long aftertaste revealed creamy notes, nuances of vanilla and dark chocolate.
The rich complex flavor of wine tones of black currant, raspberry, ripe cherry and plum notes underlined wild grasses and animals shades.
Wine is recommended to apply a variety of dishes of meat and game, seasoned with spices, aged cheeses. Particularly good wine combined with hot and prezunto (Portuguese version of jamon).
