Reviews of purchase Christian Moreau, Chablis Grand Cru "Vaudesir", 2012
The wine has a bright golden color.
The taste of wine is fresh, spicy, with hints of orange peel, sea breeze and rose petals. The finish is long and sustainable.
The wine has a bright, pleasant aroma with creamy notes, nuances of lemon cake, melon and stone.
The wine is ideal with white meat sauce, oysters, grilled fish.
For the production of Chablis Grand Cru "Vodezir" berries are harvested by hand and sorted, thus removing immature and damaged grapes. Moreau winery was founded in 1814 by Jean-Joseph Moreau, today it is one of the most famous and revered names of Burgundy. Since 1974, the winery is first partially and then completely passed the Canadian company Boisset de Nuits Saint-Georges. But since 2000, the Moro family regained full rights to the cultivation of vineyards, and since 2001 has launched production of dry white wines under its own brand. Head of the family - Christian Moreau, the sixth generation of winemakers, - preserved ancient traditions of the region, presenting the world refined, noble wine with its own style and character.
