Tasting Notes
The wine has a deep garnet-ruby color.
The taste of the wine is full and balanced, has an energetic acidity, tones of ripe cherries and black currants, nuances of chokeberry, dried fruits and spices.
The aromatic bouquet of the wine is replete with notes of ripe berries, especially tones of blackberries and cherries, complemented by the nuances of blooming rose hips.
The wine is in perfect harmony with lamb, pork, game, beef entrecote, matured and hard cheeses.

Chateau le Grand Vostock, Krasnostop Reserva is a full-bodied dry red wine made from Krasnostop grapes, which grows in the vineyards of Chateau le Grand Vostock on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach optimum maturity, at the winery the fruits undergo traditional vinification, which takes place under strict temperature control. Wine Château le Grand Vostok, Krasnostop Reserva goes well with a variety of meat dishes, mature and hard cheeses.

Chateau le Grand Vostock - Russian-French project, engaged in the production of wine in the classic European quality standards. Chateau Le Grand Vostok - Russia's first winery full cycle, modeled after a French chateau. It can be called a pioneer of the "high" of winemaking in the Russian Black Sea Foothills. Vineyards are located 40 km from Anapa, in ideal conditions for the full ripening of the grapes and the development of its full flavor potential. They are divided into two parts: 250 hectares occupied by plantations of old, mature vines and 120 hectares of vine brought to the young brothers of the French nursery Mercier, planted in 2009.
Work on the vineyard and the winery, constructed right in the middle of plantations, are conducted under the strict supervision of French experts living and working in the Chateau. He led a team member of the Board of Directors Frank Duseigneur. Equipment for wineries and capacity for aging wines were imported from France.
Despite its youth, the farm Chateau Le Grand Vostok and its products have received high ranks and titles at the prestigious Russian and international competitions such as the "International Wine Challenge" and the "International Wine & Spirit Competition" in London, the International Competition of Wines and Spirits "Wine list", "Southern Russia", International professional competition of wines and alcoholic beverages (OIV), the International Fair "PRODEXPO".
