Wine dense purple-blue.
The taste of the wine is full, luxurious, rich, elastic texture, velvety tannins and an incredibly long finish.
The wine has a soft, enchanting aroma, in which notes are intertwined black raspberry, blueberry and licorice nuances of camphor and smoke.
Wine in harmony with the veal dishes, beef and pork. Perfectly set off the taste of mature cheeses.

Chateau Angelus - great, absolutely stunning wine with a rich aroma, fabulous taste and high storage potential. The wine has a layered structure monumental and luxurious tannins. The harvest for the vintage 2011 was held from 19 September to 6 October. At the peak of its development, the wine will be in the 2025-2040 biennium.
Chateau Angelus is located on a small road leading from the parking lot at the Maison du Vin in Saint-Emilion to Château Canon (Canon). Vineyard Chateau The Angelus is a collection of various plots of land, gathered together the family Bouar de Laforêt, one of the oldest in Saint-Emilion, and exists in its present form since the late 1970s. Winery owners are the fourth generation of the family Bouard de Laforest - cousins Hubert de Bouard de Laforest (Hubert de Bouar de Laforest) and Jean-Bernard Grenie (Jean-Bernard Grenier). In the 1980s, as a consultant was invited to the famous Bordeaux oenologist Michel Rolland. Vineyard Chateau l'Anzhelyus, occupying 23.4 hectares, is located on the clay-limestone soils. 3 are grown grape varieties: Merlot predominant (51%), Cabernet Franc (47%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (2%). The average age of the vines - 30-35 years. Stocking density - 7,000 vines per hectare. Yields limited to, all work is done manually.
