Chateau Cap Saint-Martin, Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux AOC - red dry wine created from grapes with Merlot with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. A few days pre-maceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place in the natural yeast. the fermentation temperature was maintained between 27 to 30 ° C. The wort is subjected to daily remontazhu. The wine estate of Chateau du Taillan has been owned by the Cruz family since 1896. Today it is run by the fifth generation of the family - five sisters. The estate was built in the XVIII century, it is located in the appellation O-Medoc on the picturesque hills. The total area of the vineyards is 30 hectares, they grow such grape varieties as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The Chateau's underground cellars are now the national heritage site of France.
To date, the products of the Château du Tian have been successful in the countries of Europe and are gaining new horizons. The winery also hosts excursions and tastings.
