Reviews of purchase Chateau du Cedre, Cahors AOC, 2013
The wine is very dark ruby color with a purple hue.
Taste wine medium density, perfectly balanced, harmoniously combining shades of candied fruit, smooth tannins and crisp acidity.
Bunch of wine, rich and spicy, revealed generous flavors of cherries, hints of laurel and olive trees.
The wine is excellent as an aperitif, as well as support for a variety of meats and cheeses.
