Wine "Chateau du Cedre" made from local grapes - Malbec, Tannat and Merlot. Crop is harvested by hand in several stages as they mature berries. Grapes is carefully sorted, berries are separated from crests, then pressed. Fermentation is performed in concrete tanks, which are coated internally with epoxy. Within 20 months of the new wine is kept on the lees in barriques, one third of which - new.
