Chateau de Fonbel 2011 - is excellent, amazing concentration of wine Grand Cru Class, has a deep aroma and full, refined taste. The wort was fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, and then kept in oak wine barrels (20% - new) for 10 months.
Owner of the castle is Fonbel oenologist - Alan Vauthier, who is also co-owner of Chateau Ausone (Chateau Ozone). Its merit is that it thanks to his outstanding knowledge and leadership raised the quality of the wine at a fairly high level. In 1993 he was awarded the Chateau Fonbel classification St. Emilion Grand Cru. Production capacity: 80,000 bottles a year.
