Chateau de Callac is an exquisite red wine with a balanced taste and rich color, for the creation of which the producer uses the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, collected from the vineyards of Bordeaux region. Crop harvested by hand, and then transported to the winery, where it is sorted, pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation. The aging process takes 20 months and oak barrels are used for it. Best of all, wine manifests its flavor nuances paired with a properly selected gastronomic accompaniment: meat, cheeses and snacks. Before use, Chateau de Calluc must be cooled slightly and allowed to breathe.
