Tasting Notes
The wine is dark ruby color.
The wine has a balanced, elegant, clean taste with a restrained acidity. Long aftertaste with notes of plum and spice. Subtle tannins and a great finale.
The wine has a fragrant bouquet with notes of black currant, spice, undergrowth, smoke and young oak.
The wine goes well with grilled meat, poultry, small game dishes and hard cheeses.

Noble wine Chateau d'Issan Grand cru classe Margaux Serve royals on the occasion of great events, which is why the motto above the entrance to Chateau reads: "To the royal tables and altars of the gods." Chateau d'Issan (Château d'Issan) is located in the village of Kantenak, its history dates back to the 12th century. Guyenne (historical province in south-west France) was occupied by Britain. At this time, the region Margaux was divided into two domains: Moth-Margot (actually Chateau Margaux) and ILO-Kantenak (Chateau d'Issan).
