Chateau Pedesklo was created in 1810 by Pierre Urbain Pedesklo, who was known and respected in Bordeaux winemaker. Gradually, he expanded the boundaries of the estate through the acquisition of several sites in Grand Puy. In 1855 wine Château were classified as fifth Grand Cru Classé (Cinquième Grand Cru Classe), and in 1891 acquired the Château Pedesklo Count Gastebo. When the graph manor and its cellars were reconstructed, then the quality of wines was several orders of magnitude higher. Today, the family owns Chateau Jugla, and the area is 28 hectares of vineyards. Soil vineyards are represented by clay, gravel and limestone rocks, and the average age of the vines is 35 years, but there are long-lived, which were planted in 1950! In 1991, the winery was refitted with the latest technology, in connection with what has changed and vinification technology, which now allows the economy to create more elegant wines.
