Reviews of purchase Chateau Patache d'Aux, Medoc AOC, 2008
Wine rich ruby color.
Well structured wine with pronounced tannins is complex, sustained, juicy fruit flavor with notes of cherry, black currant and noble oak.
In a complex bouquet of wine on the background of toasted oak tones clearly evident aromas of red fruits.
Wine will be perfect pair with spicy meat dishes and hard cheeses.
In the production of wine Chateau Patache d'Aux use local varieties of red grapes - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
