"Chateau Paradis" Rouge - dry red wine from Provence. For his production of berries of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache is collected and purified by hand, after which the fruits are strictly controlled fermentation process. After 3-4 days of cold maceration starts alcoholic fermentation, which is carried out at a temperature of 25-28 ° C and lasts for 10 days. Half of the wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels in which the malolactic fermentation is carried out. The remaining half is aged in concrete vats.

In the heart of Provence between the mountain ranges of the Sainte-Victoire and the Luberon vineyards of Chateau Paradis. They occupy 80 hectares and there are grown for more than half a century. Their owners, Xavier and Odile Teblen continue the tradition of Provençal wine, trying to bring them to perfection.
Château Paradis, which means "Paradise Castle" has a unique terroir for growing traditional French grape varieties. Thanks to the dry climate, the vine is able to deeply rooted. Protected by mountains from damp fogs and open northern Mistral vineyards impervious to disease and produce large, juicy berries.
In soils of the vineyards supported microbiological balance, naturally allowing the vine to resist infections. Such immunity makes it possible to avoid the use of pesticides and produce the highest quality wine.
