Chateau Paradis, "EssenCiel" Blanc - dry white wine, created from a blend of the two grape varieties - Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc. Producer's description
In the heart of Provence between the mountain ranges of the Sainte-Victoire and the Luberon vineyards of Chateau Paradis. They occupy 80 hectares and there are grown for more than half a century. Their owners, Xavier and Odile Teblen continue the tradition of Provençal wine, trying to bring them to perfection.
Château Paradis, which means "Paradise Castle" has a unique terroir for growing traditional French grape varieties. Thanks to the dry climate, the vine is able to deeply rooted. Protected by mountains from damp fogs and open northern Mistral vineyards impervious to disease and produce large, juicy berries.
In soils of the vineyards supported microbiological balance, naturally allowing the vine to resist infections. Such immunity makes it possible to avoid the use of pesticides and produce the highest quality wine. Chateau Paradis grows varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan Vieux, of which in the basement of the castle, and produces high-quality French wine.
