"Aszu" - line of high-end wines created from slightly dried berries to the ancient centuries-old traditions. The term "Aszu", literally translated as "dry", today is associated with a type of wine made from botrytised grapes zaizyumlennogo treated noble botrytis. These berries are picked by hand in special baskets, referred to as "Puttonosh."
