Wine Chateau Marquis d'Alesme, Margaux AOC, 2009

The first vineyard farms Stamps Alene, created in 1585 by the Marquis d'Alene, is considered one of the oldest in Margaux. Today the vineyard farm occupies 16 hectares of gravel, sand and limestone soils. In 2006, the castle was sold to the family Perrodo and passed the reins of power in the hands of the head of the family - Hubert Perrodo. After his tragic death at the ski resort estate became manage daughter Hubert - Natalie. Advising oenologist Chateau stands the famous Michel Rolland. Vineyard Chateau is located next to the castle and is divided into three unique terroir. The castle was renovated by the architect Fabien Pedelaborde. And a new type of lock is truly amazing. Exterior of the building will remain unchanged, presenting classic French style. But inside the atmosphere created demonstrates the influence of Chinese culture. The fact that Natalie Perrodo except French has also Asian roots, which is reflected in its quest to renovate the interior of the estate. Chateau d'Alene Stamps produces two wines - the same name Chateau Marquis d'Alesme and the second "Marquise d'Alesme".
