For the production of "Chateau Lafleur" use equal or close to that proportion of grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The wine is fermented in concrete vats with long maceration period. For malolactic fermentation, the wine is moved in small oak barrels, where it remains for further aging for 18 months. Half of the barrels is updated annually.
