Moderate wine ruby color.
The wine shows a full, clean taste with notes of ripe black cherry, earth and spice nuances, with low acidity and a long finish with pleasant tannins.

Chateau La Sergue - rich, well-balanced wine is made from three key grape varieties that grow in the three best vineyards in the region Lalande de Pomerol. In the production of wine used Merlot (85%), Cabernet Franc (12%) and Malbec (about 3%). Harvesting is done only to achieve optimum ripeness of berries, each variety is collected separately. Berries are traditional winemaking with modern technology, which repeat exactly the classic Bordeaux methods. Wine is aged 12-14 months in oak barrels (new and one-year). Potential wine "Chateau La Serge" is 10-15 years.
Chateau La Sergue estate is owned by Vignobles Chatonnet. In the 70-ies of XX century wine for André and Jeanine bezel was just a hobby, it is now a thriving business, which is run by their son, Pascal. Pascal personally responsible for wine Chateau Haut-Chaigneau, he also created its own: La Sergue et L'Archange. In the production of wines using a combination of traditional terroir wines of Bordeaux and the development of new methods of winemaking. As a result, Pascal got wine, expressing deep respect for tradition and experience, which are reflected in exemplary style of constant progress with the help of modern winemaking techniques. Through this approach, Vignobles Chatonnet received international recognition.
