Reviews of purchase Chateau La Sergue, Lalande-de-Pomerol AOC, 1998
Wine brilliant purple-ruby color.
Taste wine rich, spicy, deep, with notes of black cherry, blackberry and mint, with sweet, ripe tannins and a long finish.
The wine has a complex, seductive aroma with notes of black raspberries, toasted nuts, chocolate and light nuances of toffee.
The wine goes well with c dense food, such as steaks or game.
