Reviews of purchase "Chateau La Mongie" Rouge, Bordeaux Superieur AOC, 2009
Wine beautiful ruby color.
The taste of wine is soft, lively, with hints of red fruits interwoven with hints of red berries. The wine has velvety tannins.
Delicate aroma of wine is woven from fruit variations, with the dominant shades of ripe black currant.
The wine goes well with dishes of red meat and low-fat cheeses solid.
In the production of red wine "Chateau La Mongie" use local grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot blended dominant. After harvesting the berries are sorted, subjected to destemming and light compression. Fermentation occurs in crop stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
