Wine is produced winery Château La Gyurgi. After harvesting, it is subjected to fermentation in tanks of steel, and then kept in oak barriques, 25% of which is updated annually.
The history of farming began in the 17th century, but its greatest prosperity winery reached in 1978. In the vineyards farms grow grapes Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the average age of the vines is 25 years.
