Wine of deep ruby color.
Mild taste wine make fruit shades of plum and currant, subtle nuances of sweet pepper, oak charcoal and incense. Luxurious silky texture wine complement rounded tannins and a dry smoky aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is very subtle shades of black currant, plum, blackberry, mulberry, violet colors are interspersed with notes of earth, coffee, tobacco and graphite.
Wine will be a wonderful couple of cheeses, red meat, salami, ham, scrambled eggs, ratatouille.

Wine Chateau La Fleur de Gay, officially submitted in 1983, initially created from grapes of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. But over time, blended wine was only Merlot, ripening on the vines age of about 50 years. His landing on clay soils Pomerol plateau is 6,000 vines per hectare 1.
