Chateau Jandille has been in the Chaume family for over 60 years. The main goal of its founder was to preserve the recognizable style of wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot that are classic for the Bordeaux region. Their vines were planted on 15 hectares for a long time, but were updated about 20 years ago.
To make their own Chateau Jandille, the grapes are crushed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. Then half of the wine is placed for aging in oak barrels, the rest remains in steel tanks. In 2015, Chateau Jandille wine won a gold medal at the "Concours Agricole de Paris".
