The wine is light -zolotistogo color.
Elegant Château Haut-Brion Rouge 2003 has excellent balance and full-bodied texture. In a complex bouquet pronounced notes of fig, melon and honeysuckle, interwoven with light, fresh citrus notes and a long aftertaste lures shades of beeswax and roasted almonds.
In the complex flavors of wine complement each other notes of citrus and tropical fruits, joined by lighter shades of spices, honey and smoke.
Château Haut-Brion perfectly with gourmet French cuisine, such as oysters in champagne, frog legs, snails Burgundy truffles, marble beef and grilled trout, lobster and other fish dishes and seafood. As appetizers are perfect blue cheeses.
