The wine is a deep purple color with garnet rim.
Meaty, dense taste of the wine has a density, velvety and highly concentrated. Strong, generous tannins zapolonyayut all the sensations, but in the finish giving way to rich tones of fruit and spices.

Wine Chateau Guillemin la Gaffeliere, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru AOC created in the best French tradition, and has a high quality thanks to a responsible approach to every stage of production. Before the start of the grape harvest samples are taken from all areas to determine the order and the date of harvest. Then berries were placed in concrete and steel for the primary fermentation tanks. It is used as a long maceration method for a few weeks. At the end of the secondary malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels (20% - new). Barrel types are selected depending on the crop to achieve the complexity of the aroma composition. Wine House Fomperier is the owner of 17 hectares of vineyards in the region of Saint-Emilion and Chateau La Gaffeler Guillaumin. The first site was acquired by Paul and Fernando Fompele in 1956. Gradually being supplemented with new sections, today their number reached 30. Each of them has its own characteristics and unique flavor.
