Reviews of purchase Chateau Graveyres, Bordeaux Superieur АОC, 2012
Wine of deep ruby color.
In the taste of wine there is a wonderful harmony between the freshness of fruit and fine tannins. The finish is completed with light woody and mint hints.
The fresh, elegant aroma of the wine develops in its bouquet tones of cherry, cherry, flowers and toffee.
The wine has a gastronomic versatility.
Chateau Graveyres, Bordeaux Superieur AOC - an elegant wine created from three grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The age of the vineyards is about 20 years. The harvest was mechanically collected. During fermentation, fumigation of the wort was not applied with sulfur, and it itself was carried out in stainless steel vats for 30-45 days. In them, the wine was aged after the end of malolactic fermentation before bottling.
The family company Cheval Kankar was founded in 1844, when Pierre Kankar founded the Kankar and Son trading company and, striving for perfection in everything, traveled extensively, looking for exceptional wines, and then acquired his own vineyard and seriously engaged in winemaking. Today, Cheval Kankar owns the best lands in Bordeaux, and the slogan sounds like: "All the wines of Bordeaux are in their diversity." Here they respect the traditions of winemaking with great respect, but at the same time they rely on the results of modern research in the field of vine cultivation. As a result of this approach, excellent wines are born, the high quality of which has been repeatedly noted by prestigious awards.
