Grand Chateau Figeac Barral Lyamarzel named in honor of the three farms with centuries of history: Clos Lamarzelle-Grand-Barrail, Clos Lamarzelle and Lamarzelle-Figeac, which is separated from the famous Chateau Figeac in the 1900s. Chateau owns 15 hectares of vineyards with an average age of vines 40 years. Chateau boasts an exceptional terroir in connection with residential blue clay, which runs almost 80% of the land. Due to this soil vine has great access to the water. In the vineyards conducted painstaking work to produce healthy and ripe grapes: partial removal leaves, limiting productivity, energy management, and more. Harvesting is done manually, for the production of selected only healthy grapes. The Chateau has been renovated and expanded in 2006 and is now equipped with new small stainless steel vats and wooden Barrick different capacities - from 80 to 280 hectoliters.
