Tasting Notes
Wine deep, rich garnet-purple color.
The wine has a full, dry flavor with hints of black cherry, chocolate and herbs, dense tannins and a long finish.
Wine seduces clean, fruity aroma with notes of red and black fruit, black currant, licorice, toasted oak and earth.
The wine goes well with a variety of meat dishes - veal or beef grilled, braised lamb, meats and hard cheeses.

From 2010 to apply biodynamic winemaking methods. The main factor, aimed at obtaining the most essential elements of terroir, is the account of the lunar cycle, which affects the growth of plants.
To date, Chateau land mine Maldoror is a member of "Le Circle Rive Droite des Grands vins de Bordeaux".
