Traditional vinification is conducted at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. As a result, the resulting wine has a very pleasant, light taste and rich bouquet.
Schroder & Schyler - the oldest in Bordeaux, a family owned company specializing in the trade of wine and wine knowledge of multiple farms in the region. The company was founded back in 1739 and today is one of the few in which the control is transferred from generation to generation, only members of the family for the past 200 years. The founders of the company were two merchants who are in the Hanseatic League, which unites trade city in XIV-XVI centuries: Jean-Henri and Jacques Schroeder Sheeler. The company is actively engaged in trade both in France and beyond its borders: in Europe, North and Latin America. The company was one of the largest in the country, and its popularity has been quite broad. In particular, in 1863, wine cellar & Sheeler Schroeder visited the famous writer-storyteller Hans Christian Andersen. He was received by the consul of Denmark Harold Kirstein, who was a family friend Sheeler.
