The average age of the vines is 31 years. Harvesting is done manually and mechanically. The fermentation lasts for 3 weeks and passes at 25 ° C. Wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. Producer's description
Chateau Brillette is one of the most famous farms in the area of Moulis. Famous wine guide "Le Feret" in 1874 recognized the best in the vineyard appellasone.
