Elegant French wine Chateau Blanzac, "Cuvee Veronique" was developed by Pierre Rivière - one of the brothers-owners of the family farm of the Meson Rivieres. For the production of wine use a harmonious duet of two varieties of grapes - Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Ripe berries are carefully collected by hand, then they are subjected to delicate pressing. The wort is fermented in steel vats for a month at controlled temperature. Oak barrels are used for aging.
