Tasting Notes
The wine is light yellow straw colored.
Wine easy, but closer to srednetelomu, juicy. The taste is rich with a predominance of notes of lemon drops.
The wine reveals aromas of spices, toasted bread, white flowers, including honeysuckle with bright mineral tint.
The wine is recommended to serve with white meat, possibly with cream sauce, cheeses.
Interesting Facts
Famous French domain Ramon was established in 1930 by one of the greatest geniuses of the wine region of Burgundy, legendary winemaker Pierre Ramon. It was at this time he purchased his first vineyard in Chassagne-Montrachet, and already in 1938 at a wine exhibition in Bonn his guilt has not gone unnoticed.
In 1984, after the death of Pierre, domain management passed to his grandchildren, Noel and Jean-Claude kept the excellent product quality estates at the proper level.

White wines Ramon are so rich fruit that seem resinous. This exceptional wine with a special character, full-bodied, with a long finish, rich, strong and concentrated. Wine Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Ryushot fully demonstrates all the features of the terroir. Fermentation of wine begins in the tanks and continues in oak barrels (of which one-third of new barrels) at a controlled temperature of 20-25C. The wine is aged on the lees as long as possible time passes before the first removal. The second removal from sludge occurs only in 12-15 months. Next, extract the wine takes place in French oak barrels (33% of them are made of new oak).
