Tasting Notes
The wine is light, yellow - gold color with a slight haze in the glass.
Chassagne-Montrachet - easy, but closer to srednetelomu, juicy, complex, oily, aged in oak. In the mouth - silky and smooth on the tongue, with bright acidity, excellent balance, tannins from wooden barrels, tastefully grated almonds, spices, oil of lemon cream and minerals, thinning to a long aftertaste.
Sensational, exquisite nose: rich and very complex, with hints of exotic spices, oak, toast bread, white nectarines, cold cream, lemon zest, custard and bright mineral tint.
As most good white Burgundy, Chassagne-Montrachet perfectly compatible with most foods, especially seafood. The same will be the perfect accompaniment to the classic cakes with crabs, fish, white meat with cream sauce, cheese.
