Tasting Notes
Champagne light straw color with a delicate lace of small bubbles.
The first chord taste of champagne shows the latest range of fruity pear and peach. It replaced elegant nuances of minerals, developing into a bright, silky finish.
Enchanting aroma of the wine reveals notes of white flowers, hints of grapefruit, peach and crisp pastries.
Champagne is best combined with fish dishes and seafood. Feel free to apply it to the lobster or smoked salmon.
