Champagne Lamiable, "Cuvee Pheerie" Grand Cru AOC, 2012
Reviews of purchase Champagne Lamiable, "Cuvee Pheerie" Grand Cru AOC, 2012
Champagne light straw color with a delicate lace of small bubbles.
The first chord taste of champagne shows the latest range of fruity pear and peach. It replaced elegant nuances of minerals, developing into a bright, silky finish.
Enchanting aroma of the wine reveals notes of white flowers, hints of grapefruit, peach and crisp pastries.
Champagne is best combined with fish dishes and seafood. Feel free to apply it to the lobster or smoked salmon.
Champagne "Cuvee Pheerie" created from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards located in the heart of the Côte de Noir. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Kept the champagne in enamelled vats for six months, then bottled and left to age in special caves for another five months. "Cuvée Ferry" differs freshness, silky texture and bright floral bouquet. The perfect champagne for a romantic evening. However, this drink can be very useful and suitable for noisy celebration. In any case, "Cuvee Pheerie" leave no one indifferent, with every sip presenting elegance and refinement of the French champagne!
